Reason for Suspension
New EU customs rules require Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) processing, meaning duties and taxes must be prepaid at the time of shipping.

Order Cut‑Off Time: Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be processed for next‑day delivery during business hours.
Modification & Cancellation Window: Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you wish to make changes or cancel.
Processing & Shipping Status: Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.
No Refunds Once Sold Due to high delivery and handling costs, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been confirmed and shipped.
Exceptions Refunds or replacements will only be provided under the following conditions:
